What you'll be doing:
* Manage a large team at the Argos Warehouse (LFC) to follow rigorous processes and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Focus on customer satisfaction metricsand make decisions to ensure exemplary service.
* Communicate and collaboratebetween the business and your diverse, energetic team daily.
* Ensure safe and efficient deliveryof products to customers, meeting the right time, quantity, quality, and cost requirements.
* Coach and develop your team, driving a culture of change and continuous improvement while adhering to relevant legislation and safety processes.
