What youll bring:

Proven experience in residential construction, ideally with some supervisory responsibilities.

A strong background in a construction trade (e.g., carpentry, bricklaying, plumbing, electrical).

A valid CSCS Card
*
A valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certificate
*
A valid First Aid at Work certificate
*
A proactive and problem:solving approach.
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and safety.

The desire to learn, adapt, and progress within a supportive team.
What youll be doing:
As an Assistant Site Manager, youll work closely with the Site Manager, assisting with the day:to:day operations of our new residential site in Newmarket. Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising on:site activities and ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
*
Monitoring health and safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
*
Assisting with quality control and ensuring high standards of workmanship.
*
Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
*
Supporting the Site Manager in all aspects of site management, from planning to completion.
*
Helping to resolve any on:site issues efficiently and effectively.
