Employment Solicitor sought on behalf of an established law firm in Birmingham.
The Role
You will be an experienced Employment Solicitor who can adeptly handle a complex caseload dealing with Employee and Employer matters.
Caseload will include:
* Employment matters relating to all manner of corporate transactions
* Restrictive covenant and confidentiality disputes
* Unfair dismissal and contract negotiations and TUPE transfers
* Advising individuals on contentious or potentially contentious claims
Requirements:
* Experience in handling employment matters autonomously
* Extensive experience handling employment related corporate transactions
* Able to work in office and remotely
