Quality Manager (Food Manufacturing) West London £40,000 - £45,000 + Benefits Not one of those “figurehead” quality roles where you’ve got the title but zero influence. This is a proper Quality Manager position – part of the site’s senior leadership team, responsible for food safety, quality systems, audit prep, KPIs, and coaching a team that actually want to do things right. The business is an established and growing chilled food manufacturer supplying into retail, foodservice, travel and more. They’ve got a great reputation for quality, but they want someone who’ll push it even further. No coasting. You’ll need: Experience running a site food safety & quality function HACCP L3 (minimum) BRC and customer-facing audit experience A head for risk and a calm hand under pressure A hands-on work ethic – if you want to run everything from a laptop, this isn’t for you.
