Job Description:
A boutique law firm focusing on Employment law is looking to hire an interim Employment lawyer for ad hoc assistance, with potential for permanent employment.
The firm comprises former City lawyers specializing in Employment law, handling around 10 settlement agreements weekly and broader projects like employee due diligence for larger organizations. The role involves diverse responsibilities based on the candidate's experience.
Ideal candidates should have experience in contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including drafting employment contracts, negotiating senior employee exits, settling agreements, advising on grievances and disciplinary processes, HR compliance, dismissal advice, employment tribunals, restrictive covenants, breach of confidence, and high court enforcement.
This position is fully remote within the UK and can be compensated on an ad hoc hourly or day rate basis.
