What You'll Be Doing:
* Solve Complex Challenges - Investigate and resolve technical incidents on SITS applications, using your expertise to deliver effective solutions
* Maintain Critical Systems - Ensure our student services applications are available, functioning optimally, and meeting user needs
* Develop & Enhance - Produce high-quality, structured code and implement system improvements
* Collaborate Across the University - Work with departments, stakeholders, and third-party providers to deliver excellent service
* Drive Innovation - Contribute to testing, upgrades, and the implementation of new features
* Share Your Knowledge - Provide expert guidance to colleagues and support the team's continuous development
* Embed sustainability and ethical decision-making into your work, supporting the University's broader mission
