As a Sales Executive for YourTRIBE, you will be on the front line of delivering our annual occupancy and rental income targets. As part of a central sales team, you will be responsible for responding to inbound booking enquiries for all sites within our growing London portfolio.
Supported by a robust and market-leading brand that generates high levels of demand, you will be responsible for responding to customer interest via phone, live chat, email, web enquiry, and WhatsApp, amongst other channels.
Your responsibilities include:
CUSTOMER SERVICE
* Yes, you are here to sell, but to the customer, you’re also a key component of customer service. To complete their booking, our customers will be hungry for information about our sites, our rooms, and our market-leading services. You should provide all sales leads with this information and support them through the journey.
DELIVER INCOME TARGETS
* Maximise revenue targets by solid customer engagement and utilising upselling opportunities
* Be rigorous and structured in your approach to lead management
* Communicate on a human level via digital platforms. Most of our enquiries will come via digital platforms like live chat or social media, it’s therefore essential that you speak and behave like a human and interact with potential customers in a friendly and open way
REPORTING
* To maximise the potential of all enquiries, it is essential to maintain the accuracy of our CRM platform. This includes logging all activity and communications with prospects.
* Reporting why a booking wasn’t completed is just as important as celebrating when one does. Understanding sales challenges gives us the ability to learn and adapt
