What We're Looking For CIPD Level 7 qualification Proven experience in senior-level talent acquisition and HR strategy. Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR compliance. Proficiency in HRIS platforms and emerging HR technologies. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence at Board level. A pragmatic, hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail and process improvement. Commercial awareness and the ability to align HR initiatives with broader business objectives.
