Within this office-based Property Investment Sales role, you will be responsible for consultative high value sales, selling UK based off plan property investments to clients both in the UK and globally. We are looking for highly intelligent candidates who are able to adapt their sales pitch to suit a multitude of clients, cultures and language barriers. You should be an exceptional relationship builder with a genuine interest within investments, property and current affairs. You should also possess experience within another consultative sales role, ideally selling high value products or services.
We are seeking top performing sales consultants who are confident in generating new business, you must be able to offer a superior service to market competitors. This is a fast paced, target driven role and we are looking for high achievers who can succeed within a highly competitive investment sales market.
Our client is offering a lucrative package including a basic salary of £40k together with a realistic OTE of £100k, plus additional rewards, incentives and career progression opportunities.
