Site Manager with experience within Maintenance refurbishment projects
Previous experience within a Social Housing upgrade programme would be an advantage
Responsibilities:
1. Managing DLO tradesmen, and sub contractors
2. Managing roofing works and upgrades
3. Reporting to the Business Manager on progress
4. Ensuring project delivery to the highest standards
5. Induction and ensuring project is delivered as project the project programResponsible for all people on siteOver come any unforeseen problemsCheck work for sign off
