What you’ll be doing
Project leadership & site management
4. Lead site meetings and act as a key liaison for clients during installation and removal phases
5. Conduct detailed site surveys, ensuring all necessary information is recorded
6. Oversee subcontractors, ensuring full compliance with safety procedures and company policies
7. Manage the installation and removal processes, ensuring efficiency and on-time delivery
8. Coordinate transport and logistics for each project
9. Ensure plant and equipment are hired and returned as needed
10. Uphold strict health and safety standards, conducting risk assessments and safety briefings
11. Assist in detailed project planning and resource management
12. Work hands-on in the yard and on-site to keep everything running smoothly
Team and compliance management
13. Supervise and monitor site teams, ensuring high performance and adherence to policies
14. Maintain responsibility for project delivery, even if not physically on-site every day
15. Provide out-of-hours support and emergency cover when required
16. Identify and report performance issues, ensuring continuous improvement
Health & safety oversight
17. Complete and maintain all necessary health and safety documentation
18. Ensure full compliance with risk assessments, site procedures, and safety regulations
19. Conduct daily equipment checks and maintain reports in company software
20. Report all accidents and near-misses promptly

Your experience
21. Experience in a supervisory role, ideally within the events, construction, or related industries
22. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
23. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
24. Strong IT skills for planning and reporting
25. Highly organized with excellent time management abilities
26. SMSTS and CSCS certifications
27. Relevant industry qualifications (desired)
28. Experience overseeing large-scale site projects (desired)
