Capulet Care are recruiting for an HR Administrator who would be required to work 37.5 hrs per week, working Monday to Friday, due to the nature of the role flexibility is essential as working hours may vary to suit business needs. Based at Head Office at Perton Manor, however will be expected to travel between various sites. Must be a driver with access to a vehicle.
The post holders' main duties are to support the Finance and Administration Manager and do return to work interviews, monitoring sickness and absences and attending welfare meetings and updating annul leave trackers, and general HR admin tasks. You will be required to work between the homes when required.
Duties include:
* To update or produce personnel files electronically
* Scanning documentation daily
* To update staff phone numbers
* To liaise with relevant staff and gather information
* Assure discreet handling of all business and adhere to GDPR at all times
* Take messages as necessary
* Greet new staff/ visitors in a friendly manner
* Undertake general typing as necessary
* To keep finance/ training and relevant staff informed of any changes
* Photocopying
* To multi-task within a fast-paced environment
* To action all emails accordingly
* Update all Holiday/ Annual Leave requests for all departments.
* Participate in Welfare Meetings
* Notetaking for meetings
Applicants should have experience within a similar role and be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
Must be able to competently use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook email.
Excellent communication skills are essential and you must be able to work to tight deadlines, producing accurate and clear documentation.
Qualification in Administration preferred.
