The Role We are looking to appoint an experienced Freelance Senior Site Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of a £12m new build industrial unit in Slough. The role will run from January 2026 through to August 2026 and will suit a proven site leader who is comfortable managing complex, fast-paced builds. Key Responsibilities * Overall day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification * Managing subcontractors, site teams and suppliers, driving performance and maintaining high quality standards * Implementing and enforcing site health & safety procedures and best practice * Coordinating with the project team, consultants and client representatives * Monitoring progress, identifying risks and resolving issues proactively Requirements * Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on similar value industrial or commercial new build projects * Valid CSCS card * SMSTS * First Aid at Work
