Description
Lead and develop the Human Resources team.
Manage and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of staff.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource department
Coach and guide managers Profile
A successful Interim HR Manager should have:
An educational background in Human Resources or a related field.
Prior experience leading a team within a Human Resources department.
Comprehensive understanding of HR strategies and procedures.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Excellent people management skills and the ability to manage complex projects.
Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
