Sales Executive – Electrical Distribution (Permanent, Full-Time)
A respected and expanding electrical distributor is looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to strengthen our team. This role suits a commercially minded professional who enjoys building customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering consistent results in a dynamic setting.
Key Duties
* Grow and maintain a portfolio of important customers, ensuring long-term loyalty.
* Carry out outbound calls to uncover new prospects and follow up on enquiries.
* Actively pursue new sales opportunities across both existing clients and fresh markets.
* Support purchasing and inventory functions, negotiating with suppliers for the best value.
* Advise customers on product selection and provide technical guidance when required.
* Work closely with colleagues to guarantee accurate order handling and exceptional service.
Candidate Profile
* Previous sales experience within the distribution/wholesale sector
* Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation abilities.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on your own initiative.
* Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
