Learning & Behaviour Support Assistants - to start September!
Do you have experience supporting children within a school or residential setting?
I am currently recruiting for an excellent alternative provision school near Lichfield that is looking to appoint new Learning Support Assistants for children with behaviours that challenge and social, emotional & mental health needs. They are seeking support staff to join their existing team on a long-term and daily basis. The ideal candidates will be nurturing, resilient, able to think outside the box, and adapt confidently to their surroundings.
The school is located in a semi-rural setting, offering a calming environment and excellent facilities for students. It primarily caters to boys in KS1 to KS2.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work alongside the class teacher and other staff to support pupils with daily school activities. Building positive and trusting relationships is essential.
I am eager to speak with Learning Support Assistants, SEND Teaching Assistants, and Residential Support Workers who are suitable for this role. If you believe you are a good fit, please contact me ASAP by clicking apply, calling Sarah at (phone number removed), or emailing.
