Inbound Sales Executive
Kettering | Office-based
£26,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £75,000+ Year 1 with some top performers making £100k - £200k )
My client, a growing UK-based business, is looking to recruit an experienced Inbound Sales Executive to join their high-performing sales team on a full-time, permanent basis
.
This role is ideal for a target-driven sales professional who enjoys working warm inbound enquiries, building rapport, and converting opportunities through a consultative approach. You’ll work to realistic weekly and monthly KPIs and be rewarded with a strong uncapped commission structur
e.
