Sales Executive
As a Sales Executive you will be joining a global brand leader. A bespoke training programme will equip you with product knowledge, customer service excellence and sales expertise, while running a profitable retail centre. The role focuses on developing business opportunities, managing and building relationships. Based in Newcastle this is a full‑time permanent position, Monday to Friday, with a starting salary of circa £27,500 and an on‑target earnings (OTE) of £32,000.
Key Accountabilities
* Drive your own development by engaging with the training programme.
* Undertake retail and customer service activities within the company’s shop to optimise and exceed sales targets, profitability and customer satisfaction.
* Identify and research new business leads.
* Grow customer accounts via targeted cold and warm calling.
* Visit customers weekly, demonstrating products.
* Manage cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies.
* Assist customers with sales, queries and after‑sales service.
* Conduct stock takes as requested.
* Re‑stock and replenish items.
* Understand the range of company products.
* Administer sales orders received.
* Handle any returns.
* Attend training, meetings and company events onsite and at head office.
