Earn up to £50,000 OTE as a Full‑Time Sales Executive at Gleeson Homes. Deliver a 5* customer experience by providing sales advice and support, working towards sales targets and administering the sales process.
Responsibilities
* Achieve sales targets and price negotiate with clients.
* Meet with clients, assess their needs, qualify leads and follow up.
* Liaise with solicitors, estate agents and other parties.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
* Maintain the customer enquiry database and record details at reservation.
Qualifications
* Experience in new homes or property sales.
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
* Personable, well presented and composed at all times.
* Immaculate communication and presentation skills.
* Active team player who encourages success in others.
* Self‑motivated, determined and efficient.
