You’ll play a key role in building automation solutions that save time, increase efficiency, and improve the experience of staff and residents. Outofhours work may occasionally be required but only in rare situations. You’ll be involved in: Designing, developing and maintaining automation solutions Daily scrums and agile ceremonies Showcasing your work at stakeholder demos Improving processes through innovation and modern tools About You We’re looking for someone with experience in a developer role who’s eager to grow their skillset. Even if you're not familiar with all our tools, training will be provided. You should have experience or understanding of: Web / application development Microsoft Power Automate (desirable, not essential) Agile methodologies MS SQL & database concepts Multiple programming languages Designing, testing and developing software Technical documentation & process mapping Integrating software components / thirdparty systems Troubleshooting and problem-solving Cloud and onpremise application concepts Strong attention to detail About Us Rochdale is transforming.
