Head of Commercial Sales Location: Flexible across the UK, with monthly travel to a central UK office
60,000 basic + uncapped commission + car allowance

A growing national service provider is looking for a dynamic and ambitious sales leader to drive the commercial expansion of their maintenance division across the UK. This senior leadership role will focus on increasing revenue, improving profit margins, and capturing greater market share—particularly within the corporate and commercial sectors.
This is a strategic position with full ownership of the commercial sales function, including developing a successful sales team, refining processes, and building influential client and stakeholder relationships.
Lead the development and execution of a national growth strategy focused on expanding commercial maintenance services.
Recruit, inspire, and manage a high-performing team of regional sales managers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Enhance and streamline the sales process using CRM and other tools to support pipeline visibility and revenue forecasting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key commercial clients, consultants, and decision-makers.
Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client presentations to promote new business growth.
Strong background in leading sales teams and exceeding growth targets, ideally within a service-based industry (grounds maintenance, FM, utilities, etc.).
Skilled communicator with the ability to lead high-level client discussions and present compelling commercial proposals.
Confident in data-driven decision-making and capable of implementing systems to support efficient sales tracking.
