What You’ll Do Welcome patients and guide them through their smile journey. Build trust through empathy, active listening, and consultative conversations. Confidently handle objections (price, time, fear, trust). Ensure patients are seen by a clinician within 7 days of signing up. Work closely with clinical experts to deliver a seamless 5-star service. Training & Development We don’t just hire — we invest. All new consultants join our Fast-Track 3-Day Onboarding Program: Day 1 – Sales Excellence: Luxury consultative selling, objections, efficiency. Day 2 – Dental Training with our in-house Dentist’s: Core treatments, shadowing, role-play. Day 3 – Compliance & Regulations: FCA finance rules, GDC guidelines, ethical selling. From there, you’ll have a dedicated mentor, quarterly reviews, and orthodontist-led training sessions to help you grow fast.
