Role as a Graduate Learning Mentor
As a Graduate Learning Mentor, you'll be part of a dynamic team working closely with students aged 11–16. You will support pupils in and outside the classroom, focusing on learning, engagement, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Delivering 1:1 and small group academic interventions
* Supporting students with SEN, EAL, or emotional needs
* Working alongside teachers to enhance lesson delivery and pupil participation
* Assisting in classroom behaviour management and pastoral duties
* Encouraging student confidence and motivation in learning
