Your new role
My client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and deliver aprehensive generalist HR service across the organisation. This pivotal role will ensure the smooth operation of all HR functions, supporting both strategic goals and day-to-day activities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, management of the HR inbox, recruitment support, employee lifecycle, data reporting, absence management, performance management, payroll administration, employee relations and coaching managers in relation to all areas of HR policy and process. Additional tasks will be required to support the growth of the business. The ideal candidate will have worked for an SME and have experience in a similar generalist HR role. You must be proactive and have a pragmatic approach,petent working independently to get things done.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Proven experience in a generalist HR role within an SME environment.
2. Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
3. A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independently.
4. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to influence and support stakeholders at all levels.
