The role of HR Administrator
You will join a supportive HR team, working closely with HR Advisors to keep day‑to‑day HR operations running smoothly across a workforce of approximately 800 staff. Key responsibilities include managing and monitoring the central HR inbox, highlighting urgent matters to HR Advisors, supporting with the preparation and issuing of offer letters and employment contracts, maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring all HR documentation is accurately filed and compliant, and providing general administrative support to the wider team.
The ideal HR Administrator
You have previous experience in an administrative role (HR experience is desirable but not essential). You are highly organised with strong attention to detail, and able to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
