Role Responsibilities
As a Business Support Administrator it'll be your job to support 7 recruitment consultants in their day to day role with onsite administrative duties.
Contracts Administration:
• Creating contracts, letters and mail shots at the request of the Recruitment team.
• Processing of queries and providing information relating to contractors.
• Changing candidates records in accordance to the term of their contract, i.e. rate changes, change of client site, contract extension etc.
• Creating bookings on central database for payroll.
General Administration:
• Contribute to the general house keeping of the work area, ensuring that security and health and safety procedures are followed.
• Action CVQ to ensure CV’s are added in a timely fashion, working in line with the new GDPR law.
• Candidate onboarding, including obtaining eligibility to work, references etc.
• Processing stationary requests.
• Sort, distribute and franking of postal mail on a daily basis.
• Any other duties as required
Reception Cover:
• Greeting and announcement of visitors.
• Advising visitors of security arrangements.
• Process incoming calls.
Required skills & Experience
• Experience within an admin role
• Data base input
• Word processing skills (Microsoft Word)
• Accurate
• Confident telephone manner
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Ability to prioritise workloads
• NVQ2 in Administration
• Typing qualification
