Brook Street are seeking a detail-oriented Business Support Services Officer to join our team,
This role is pivotal in providing high-quality information and system support for the Health and Social Care Finance, Procurement, and Logistics systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Data Management: Develop expertise in system architecture to consolidate data for centralised reporting.
* Communication: Effectively convey information to facilitate informed decision-making.
* Collaboration: Work with PaLS Managers to identify new information needs and sources.
* System Oversight: Manage FPL systems administration, security access, and incident resolution.
* Technical Liaison: Collaborate with IT services on technical matters and manage SharePoint access.
Successful candidate will have:
* University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
* Minimum one year of relevant experience in a procurement/logistics or information services environment.
* Proficiency in building Business Objects reports is essential.
Desirable Skills
* Experience with Power BI reporting and SharePoint functionalities.
* Advanced user of Microsoft applications.
