Zoho Support DeveloperLocation: Fully RemoteSalary: £45,000 - £50,000We are working with an established organisation seeking a technically strong, systems-minded Zoho Developer to take ownership of its internal Zoho ecosystem.This role sits at the intersection of business operations and software development, helping to turn workflow challenges into effective automation while ensuring the Zoho suite remains reliable, secure and well-optimised.This is a hands-on build-and-support position. The successful candidate will be involved in designing new solutions, improving existing systems and troubleshooting live issues across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and maintain custom functions, workflows and automations across the Zoho suite using Deluge scriptingProvide first and second-line technical support for internal users across Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator and Zoho AnalyticsBuild and maintain Zoho Creator low-code applications to support business processesIntegrate Zoho applications with internal and third-party systems using Zoho Flow, REST APIs and webhooksManage user roles, profiles, permissions and data security across Zoho platformsCollaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and translate operational needs into technical specificationsMonitor system health, proactively identify issues and implement improvements to performance and reliabilityDocument system configurations, custom code and support procedures for knowledge transferPlan and support Zoho upgrades, migrations and new module rollouts with minimal disruptionEssential SkillsHands-on Deluge scripting experience, including custom functions, scheduled scripts and connectionsStrong Zoho CRM configuration experience, including layouts, modules and BlueprintZoho Creator application development experienceWorking knowledge of REST APIs, JSON and OAuth 2.0Ability to troubleshoot and debug Deluge code independentlyClear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholdersDesirable SkillsExperience with Zoho Analytics, Zoho Books or Zoho InventoryExperience with Zoho Flow automation and third-party integrationsFamiliarity with SQL or data querying conceptsGeneral web scripting knowledge, including JavaScript and basic HTMLZoho certification in one or more productsPrevious experience in an internal IT, systems support or business systems roleTechnologies You'll Work WithDeluge, Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics, REST APIs, webhooks, JSON and OAuth 2.0.About YouYou will be:A self-starter who takes ownership of systems, improvements and support requestsComfortable driving process improvements as well as responding to technical issuesDetail-oriented and methodical when diagnosing problemsConfident documenting findings, configurations and proceduresCollaborative and patient when working with colleagues from non-technical backgroundsAble to balance competing priorities across support, development and project workTPBN1_UKTJ
