Offer description

Position: Vetting Team Admin Assistant

AO Pay Rate: £13.41 per hour

Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week

Hours of Work: 9-5 Monday to Friday

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Killymeal House, 2 Cromac Quay, Gasworks, Belfast, BT2 7JD

Car parking available on rota basis
Potential for some working from home following successful completion of training

Job Duties:

4. Prepare hard copy and electronic files;
5. Prepare letters for issuing to all Parties and /or Representatives to acknowledge receipt of claims/responses;
6. Print address labels and update files with reps addresses;
7. Prepare letters for issue with reps coming on/off record;
8. Update CTS to reflect the current representative coming on/off record;
9. Issue small decisions to all relevant parties and update CTS;
10. Maintain & update spreadsheets;
11. Answering telephone calls and transferring customer to appropriate individual
12. Photocopying, scanning, filing and providing admin support to EO2s;
13. Provide reception cover as necessary;
14. Electronic mailbox;
15. Collect and deliver files / post to Employment Judges;
16. Provide cover; Any ad-hoc duties as required

Essential Criteria:

17. Must have 2 GCSEs including Maths & English (must be able to show certificates)
18. Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
19. Good communication skills.
20. Ability to use own initiative.

*The successful applicant will be required to complete an Access NI during registration*

21. A criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
