Freelance Site Manager – Civil Engineering
Location: Ayrshire
Contract: 3 Months
Rate: Competitive
Start Date: Immediate
A well-established and reputable civil engineering contractor is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a freelance basis for a 3-month pipe installation project based in Ayrshire.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and coordinating all on-site activities
* Managing the procurement and timely delivery of materials and equipment
* Supervising site personnel and subcontractors
* Overseeing permits and ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations
* Upholding high standards of quality and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders
Requirements:
* Minimum HNC qualification in Civil Engineering
* Proven experience in a site management role within the civil engineering sector
* Valid SMSTS and CSCS certifications
What’s on Offer:
* Immediate start for a 3-month contract
* Working hours:
o Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 7:00pm
o Friday: 7:00am – 3:00pm
* Competitive daily rate
