This is a senior, hands-on role, offering the opportunity to shape people strategy, embed robust HR processes, and act as a trusted partner to the leadership team during a period of growth and change.The RoleReporting directly into senior leadership, you will take full ownership of HR across a UK workforce of under 100 employees, supported by an HR Administrator. You will operate as a key member of the leadership team, balancing strategic input with day-to-day operational delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the HR function and contribute to business strategy and organisational designDevelop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and systemsManage all employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with UK employment lawOversee visa compliance and international employee considerationsDrive KPI-led people management, producing HR dashboards and insight for senior leadersManage end-to-end recruitment, training, apprenticeships, and talent developmentSupport performance management and address under performance where requiredLead continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimisation and automationAbout YouCIPD Level 5 qualified5+ years’ experience in an HR Manager or Senior HR roleBackground in manufacturing, engineering, or similarly operational environments preferredStrong working knowledge of UK employment lawProven experience implementing HR processes, policies, and KPIsCommercially aware, analytical, resilient, and highly proactiveConfident influencing at all levels with excellent communication skillsIf you feel like the role aligns with your experience and your next step and would like to explore further, we look forward to receiving your CV / application.
