Phoenix Gray is seeking a reliable and experienced Labourer to join our client's team in Thetford, Suffolk, within a reputable Windows & Conservatories company. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a dedicated team working on high-quality projects. As a Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day site activities, supporting the skilled trades, and maintaining a safe and organised work environment. The role requires physical stamina, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt as part of a dynamic construction team.
Valid CSCS Card is essential
Previous experience in a Labourer role is preferred
Good understanding of health and safety procedures on site
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions carefully
Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
