Sales Executive – B2B

Location: Glasgow / Central Belt

Pay: £ £12.60 per hour DOE Depending On Experience (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday) + uncapped commission (OTE £30,000+)

About easywaste

is a fast-growing commercial waste management company helping businesses across Scotland and the UK manage multiple waste streams efficiently, reduce costs, and stay compliant. We work with private, public, retail, smes and franchise groups, providing tailored waste management solutions.

We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to focus on new accounts from our office. You'll generate new business and expand existing accounts through outbound calls, and emails, building long-term relationships with key clients.

What You'll Do

* Identify and engage decision-makers
* Build and manage a pipeline of high-value leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
* Prepare proposals
* Close contracts for multiple waste streams, bins, and collection frequencies.
* Keep CRM data up-to-date and collaborate with the admin team for smooth onboarding.
* Track KPIs and report results to management.

Who You Are

* Experience: 1–3 years in outbound B2B sales targeting decision-makers.
* Skills: Confident cold-calling, handling warm leads, and closing deals. Strong communicator over phone and email.
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Outlook, Excel, and CRM systems.
* Mindset: Outbound-focused, resilient, results-driven, and professional. Treats sales as a craft — reflective, focused, and always improving.
* Location: Based in or near Glasgow.

This role isn't for you if:

* You aren't confident cold-calling
* You've only worked inbound sales.
