Your new role
In this newly created and exciting opportunity, you will be able to apply your experience and personality to a wide range of situations and challenges, to further develop within the role and to progress your career. You will work closely with the Head of HR for the UK to introduce and develop a HR function. You will be expected to provide an excellent level of service and support to the leadership team on the site.
Responsibilities will include:
* Employee relations casework: Supporting Investigation, Grievance & Disciplinary hearings, performance management and absence management
* Provide professional HR support to all employees across the business
* Recruitment and Selection
* Support and lead HR projects
