Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the HR function, supporting managers and employees across all areas of HR
* Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management and employment legislation
* Support recruitment activities, ensuring the attraction and retention of high-quality talent
* Assist with payroll processes and employee benefits administration
* Monitor and report on HR KPIs, providing insights to support business decision-making
* Design and deliver management development and HR training programmes
* Support organisational change, business improvement initiatives and company growth plans
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all departments
* Ensure compliance with employment law, company policies and HR best practice
* Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
About You
* Previous experience in a HR Manager position
* Strong HR generalist background with employee relations experience
* Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practicei>
* Experience supporting organisational growth and change initiatives
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
* Coaching, influencing and problem-solving abilities
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
