Location: Northampton, NN3
Salary: £26,000–£30,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday – Friday | 08:00–16:00 (Flexible and Part time hours offer)

The Client
Interaction Recruitment is working with a leading global manufacturer in the automotive and construction sectors. We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join their Northampton site and provide comprehensive HR support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The Role
7. Provide administrative support across all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
8. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with GDPR and company policies
9. Assist with payroll preparation and liaise with finance teams
10. Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records
11. Support managers with disciplinary and grievance processes
12. Prepare HR reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
13. Act as the first point of contact for employee queries
The Requirements
14. Previous experience in an HR administrative role within a fast-paced environment
15. Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation
16. Excellent organisational and communication skills
17. Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
18. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
19. CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) desirable
