Under the umbrella of 'Pade' you will be primarily working across 2 info-product-based companies generating 1000s of leads per month...

CrepChiefNotify - A platform which helps the everyday person resell in-demand products, built with it's own App.

Seller Circle - A platform which teaches users how to start selling, as a complete beginner, on Amazon.

Across both CrepChiefNotify and Seller Circle you will be play an integral role in joining our Sales Team conversing, managing and handling the 1000s of leads generated each month. Working within our Sales Team you will have consistent touch-points with various teams across both companies ensuring that you are able to provide solid input and feedback on the processes prospective leads are acquired, nurtured and converted.

The Opportunity:

* Starting salary of £22,000 - £35,000/ year with realistic OTE of £65,000+ / year through a competitive commission structure.
* Career Growth: You will play an integral role within Pade and be exposed to new opportunities across our ecosystem based on solid performance.
* Skill Development: You will consistently work amongst various departments and not be solely focussed on end-sales results.

Your Responsibilities:

* Outbound Calling: This will not be cold calling. You will be calling pre-qualified leads across each company.
* Maximising Lead Revenue: One of your primary areas of focus will be contacting pre-existing customers across both companies to better understand their requirements and aim to upsell into related products.
* Lead Retention: You will be tasked with speaking to pre-existing customers who have terminated their subscription/package with each company, with an aim to retain these customers and provide solutions to any problems they may encounter.
* Lead Communication: You will be responsible for communicating with leads both pre and post call. You will also be expected to engage with prospective leads and drive further sales.
* Pipeline Management: You will be expected to maintain a high level of 'hygiene' within your pipeline and ensure that both individual and team sales systems are both efficient and organised.

What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience within a sales-related environment with a strong understanding of lead management and conversion.
* A willingness to learn, we are not specifically looking for an individual with an abundance of previous sales experience, though it is a strong characteristic.
* Strong communication and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
* Open mind - You must be open to providing and receiving feedback to/from your peers and consistently seek ways to grow and improve.
