The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager who will lead and supervise a team of operatives across various sites throughout Swindon and Wiltshire.
The supervised works include level access shower rooms, adapted kitchens and ramps to occupied and unoccupied homes.
This is a permanent PAYE role.
Benefits will include: fortnightly pay, uniform, company vehicle, pension, company phone, vehicle insurance and fuel card.
Responsibilities:
* Supervising on-going works across multiple sites
* Liaising with residents to ensure they are kept informed of our progress.
* Leading onsite health and safety management
* Managing trades to create a seamless experience for residents, including directs and subbies.
* Monitoring performance and quality on site to guarantee a zero-defects handover.
* Conducting pre-start surveys to accurately measure works
* Working with our Contracts Manager and Administrator to plan work programmes and communicate with the residents and clients.
* Ordering materials with suppliers
* Co-ordinating with client representatives
