Key Responsibilities
Oversee all groundworks operations on a busy new-build housing site
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and coordinate plant and material deliveries
Ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to high-quality standards
Keep accurate records and report progress, challenges, and updates to senior management
Build strong working relationships with the client, housebuilder, and internal teamsRequirements
Demonstrable experience managing groundworks packages on residential developments
SMSTS and CSCS are essential
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage programme, logistics, and site safety effectivelyWhat's on Offer
