The Role As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and productive work environment by managing all aspects of human resources functions within our organisation. This position requires a seasoned and independent HR professional with a strong understanding of employment laws, talent management, employee relations, and strategic workforce planning. The Human Resources Manager will collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organisation's goals and objectives. Responsibilities Employee Relations: Proactively address employee concerns and grievances, fostering a positive work environment. Mediate conflicts and conduct investigations when necessary. Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures. Performance Management: Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and career development. Conduct regular performance reviews and facilitate feedback sessions. Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills. Coordinate training sessions and workshops. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Benefits Administration: Enhance employee benefits programmes. Skills Experience of working as HR professional in a standalone capacity within a Start-Up/Scale Up CIPD L5 qualified (or equivalent) Excellent knowledge of UK employment laws and best practices. People leadership, managerial, coaching, and organisational skills in a cross-cultural environment. Demonstrable experience developing career progression initiatives. Strong Employee Relations experience with the ability to provide effective employment relations-based business solutions that support operational outcomes.
