The Role:
You'll be working in our Civil & Structural engineering division, connecting talented engineers with major UK infrastructure projects. Your focus will be on:
* Building relationships with engineering candidates across the UK
* Sourcing talent through LinkedIn, networking, and headhunting
* Creating compelling job adverts to attract top candidates
* Managing the recruitment process from initial contact to placement
* Negotiating offers that work for both candidates and clients
Our clients:
Work with prestigious consulting engineers, local authorities, county councils, and government organisations on major infrastructure projects across the UK and internationally.
Requirements:
* Eligible to live and work in the UK
* Able to commute to our Fareham office Monday-Friday
* Excellent telephone manner
