This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality brand. This brand is unique, forward thinking and have an outstanding reputation in the industry!
We are looking for someone with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, looking after entry level employees to senior managers.
The ideal individual will have strong experience in HR, ER, recruitment, delivering employee engagement as well as having some exposure to training.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading and developing HR processes across multiple hospitality locations
Building and refining organisational structures to support business growth
Overseeing and improving recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent
Ensuring compliance with HR legislation and best practices
Supporting culture development and workforce planning during periods of change or expansion
Implementing clear reporting, KPIs, and process documentation across HR functions

Ability to transform traditional HR practices into effective outputs to help create a new way of working and drive cultural change

Experience:
Proven HR experience in a multi-site hospitality, food retail or similar fast-paced sector
Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations
Demonstrable experience in building HR processes and frameworks from the ground up
Excellent recruitment skills, with an eye for quality and culture fit
A hands-on and solutions-focused mindset
CIPD qualified or equivalent (Level 5+ essential)
