Job Title: Human Resources Administrator
Reporting To: Group HR Shared Services Team Leader
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week

About the Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic HR Shared Services team at our Head Office in Dunfermline.
As an HR Administrator, you will support all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will be the first point of contact for HR Business Partners, Line Managers, and Site Managers, providing administrative support and handling HR queries.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
2. Manage HR systems and maintain employee records accurately.
3. Respond to HR queries via email and other communication channels.
4. Ensure timely resolution of administrative issues.
5. Support teams working with hourly paid employees.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum of 1 year’s experience in an HR Assistant or Administrator role.
* Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of employment law and HR/payroll practices is a plus.
