Human Resources Manager

REED HR NI is working with our client, based in Bangor, to appoint a Human Resources Manager responsible for leading and managing the strategic and day-to-day HR functions of the organisation. This role is essential in fostering a positive people culture where HR acts as an enabler, aligning all people resource activities with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as an effective member of the Senior Team, creating positive engagement with staff to maximise resources and promote a coaching mentality across HR processes.
2. Manage the Human Resources function to ensure objectives of strategic and corporate plans are achieved.
3. Collaborate with management to deliver corporate strategies and business plans.
4. Handle all aspects of the employee lifecycle and provide expertise on HR issues.
5. Maintain, review, and promote HR policies and procedures, ensuring their effective and consistent implementation.
6. Promote equality and diversity in all HR-related matters.
7. Manage HR risks, act as the ICO nominated person for Data Protection/GDPR, and lead health and safety management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* CIPD Qualified Level 5 minimum.
* Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of HR processes, legal compliance, and strategic thinking.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
* Knowledge of employment law, GDPR, and health and safety regulations.
* Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
