HR Administrator
Location: Bridgwater
Type: Permanent - Full Time (Part-time and job share applications will also be considered)
We have an opportunity for a HR Administrator to join us in the MEH Alliance, working on the Hinkley Point C construction project. The administrator will support the HR and Health Surveillance (HS) teams with all administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain the HR database as the single source of truth for the MEH JV team, conducting regular audits for accuracy and currency.
2. Assist with HR activities including onboarding, offboarding, exit interviews, opt-out tracking, and internal movements.
3. Record white-collar overtime weekly.
4. Manage the HR Mailbox, directing emails to the appropriate personnel.
5. Coordinate the HR desk at multiple locations.
6. Support the PULSE team with coordinating activities as needed.
7. Maintain the MEH Alliance App database, updating leavers, starters, and movements, and managing content.
8. Assist Health Surveillance Coordinators with Fit Certificates and follow-ups.
Requirements:
* Previous administrative experience preferred.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong IT skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
