Site Manager - High End Residential
Bournemouth
£DOE + Package
The Opportunity:
Seeking a self-employed Site Manager who has a strong background in delivering high-end new builds. The client are based in the Bournemouth and operate several projects in the Dorset and Hampshire regions.
The Role:
1. You will be responsible for a variety of activities, including:
2. Producing method statements.
3. Weekly management reports.
4. Monitor progress of the project in accordance with programme.
5. Pre-start meetings and health and safety plans.
6. Undertake a site safety induction of all new site personnel.
7. Liaise with the materials controller ensuring material deliveries are in accordance with the build programme.
8. The management of the work carried out by the sub-contractors.
The Person
9. You must have detailed building and construction experience.
10. CSCS card.
11. SMSTS.
12. First Aid qualified.
13. Computer literate.
14. Ability to read drawings.
15. Ideally from a trade background - Brick/Stone/Masonry would be preferred.
16. Good eye for detail and passionate about construction.
Desirable Criteria:
17. Degree/HND/HNC in Construction or a related subject.
18. Experience working for a developer or contractor.
