What You’ll Be Doing: Owning and maintaining specifications for all raw materials, packaging, and finished products. Producing accurate product specifications and approving artwork that meets legal, brand, and customer standards. Ensuring every live product has up-to-date specifications and clear line standards. Translating recipes and supplier information into retailer-approved formats. Creating factory line standards to support exceptional product quality. Managing pack copy, artwork sign-off, and keeping due diligence records. Investigating supplier issues to protect brand integrity. Carrying out nutritional calculations and verifying product claims. Supporting the NPD team with technical, labelling, and nutritional guidance. Experience & Knowledge: At least 2 years’ experience in food manufacturing within a technical or quality role. Strong understanding of food safety, quality management systems, and specification processes. Experience using retailer online systems (advantageous).
