About the role: Locatio n: County Durham (T his is a site-based role) Salary: up to £28K DOE Reporting to: HR Business Partner Hours: 8:30am till 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities: Provide efficient, professional first-line HR administration and systems support to the site HR team and managers. Own the accuracy of HR data (SAP SuccessFactors/Kronos), coordinate payroll inputs and employee documentation, administer holidays/absence, and support recruitment, onboarding and induction activities. Act as a helpful first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring compliant Right-to-Work checks, GDPR-aligned record-keeping and audit-ready documentation in a fast-paced, multi-shift manufacturing environment.
