What it's like to work here
We're looking for a Site Manager to join us at Sandilands to take care of the daily operations here. You'll be required to work alternate weekends, but we can be flexible on which weekdays you work. This can be discussed further at interview stage.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities
As Site Manager you will be responsible for planning and running the on‑site operations. You will work closely with the General Manager and the Visitor Operations Manager to drive the offer forward, line‑manage a Welcome and Service Assistant, and serve as the main contact for contractors on site. You will ensure compliance, organise access and keep our work systems always safe.

* Experience in the practical aspects of managing a house and garden site.
* Proactive and focused on solutions, mindful of the operational needs of a site.
* Highly organised and skilled at planning, with a good eye for detail.
* Adept at working to multiple deadlines and managing your own workload.
* A skilled communicator who can forge strong relationships, both externally and internally.
* A problem‑solver, able to work on your own initiative.
