We are seeking a Learning Mentor to provide support to children and staff, contributing to high standards and achievements. The role involves organizing and delivering personal, social, learning and mentor support within a setting to underpin educational, social, emotional, physical and cultural needs within an agreed framework at a range of locations. The post aims to ensure that all support underpins raising standards by identifying barriers to learning and making available a full range of complementary services and support to enhance existing provision, support learning, increase participation and encourage social inclusion.
